Welcome to Affluent! Our Strategy Vaults are designed to maximize yields for you by dynamically allocating your deposits across optimized DeFi strategies.
Occasionally, due to active deployment of assets, withdrawal requests may not be processed immediately. This is a normal part of how our vaults work to generate optimized returns.
This guide explains why withdrawals may fail and what to do in such cases.
✅ General Withdrawal Policy
- Default Withdrawal Assets:
- Ethena Multiply Vault: tsUSDe
- TON Multiply Vault: tsTON
- TON Lending Vault: TON
- USDT Multiply Vault: USDT-LV
- USDT Lending Vault: USDT
- Reserve Management: Each vault maintains a certain reserve for withdrawal requests. However, during periods of high demand or active redeployment, liquidity may temporarily be unavailable.
- Recommended Actions:
- Retry after a short period: Liquidity is regularly rebalanced; most withdrawals succeed after a brief wait.
- Contact support for urgent cases: For large withdrawals or urgent needs, please fill out Support Form or reach out via Support Channel in Telegram.
🔄 Vault-Specific Withdrawal Notes

- Wait a short time and retry.
- For large or urgent withdrawals, contact support.
2) TON Multiply Vault
- Why withdrawals may fail:
- Withdrawals are allowed only in tsTON.
- Temporary failures may occur due to:
- Network issues affecting tsTON price tracking.
- Reallocation of tsTON into other assets or supply markets, leaving limited immediate liquidity.
- What to do:
- Retry after some time.
- For persistent or large withdrawals, contact support for immediate assistance.
3) TON Lending Vault
- Why withdrawals may fail:
- Liquidity may be temporarily allocated across multiple TON lending markets for optimized yields.
